08:00am depart to Duong Lam, a small village in the north of Ha Noi. Duong Lam is worthy of such recognition because of the village’s unique layout, time-honored architectural designs and adherence to traditional farming techniques. The conservationists describe the village as the last stronghold of northern Viet Nam’s wet rice farming culture. The only noticeable change over the past 400 years is the division of the village from one small community to nine riverine hamlets, among them Mong Phu, Cam Lam, Cam Da and Mia.
On arrival we take a walk on the village path to visit Mong Phu temple where is dedicated to national heroes, King Ngo Quyen and King Phung Hung temples.
Enjoy special Vietnamese lunch prepared by the host. While you are in the house you can also join the local people in producing local specialties such as soft green-lentil cake and rice cake filled with brown onion and enjoy these dishes (depend on the season of the year). Continue to visit Mia Pagoda – built in 15th century and admire 287 statues of all sizes before transferring back to your hotel in Hanoi.
Return to Hanoi and visit of Tay Phuong pagoda – a wonderful collection od Arhat statues featuring in the fine sculpture art in Viet Nam from 17th century. Come back to HANOI.

Duong Lam ancient village is located 50km west of Hanoi, belong to Son Tay town. With the architectural and artistic features of an ancient Vietnamese village in the Red River Delta, Duong Lam ancient village is second only to Hoi An ancient town and Hanoi old town in terms of scale and value art makes this place a tourist highlight of Hanoi. In addition, this is also a land of "masterpieces of spirituality", the only place "a hamlet of two kings" - the birthplace of Phung Hung King and Ngo Quyen King, so it is also associated with historical and cultural relics Confucianism.
