    TOUR SCHEDULE

    DAY 1: HANOI/ KY SON (Lunch, Dinner) 


    Leave Hanoi at 08:00am by private transfer.


    10:00 Arrive at Homestay in Ky Son village. Welcome drink with local fresh green tea. Free time for discovering Homestay and Ky Son village by yourself (local market, kindergarten) 

    11:00 Cooking class 

    12:30 Lunch 

    13:30 Hand Spa- Enjoy having your fingers dipped in a fragrant lime bowl and the traditional herbal hand massage. Then, free time for relaxing or further conversation with the host family about local snacks, sharing cultures, and learning about traditional customs. If you want to learn Vietnamese, one of the family members can teach you. 

    15:00 You can have choice of a short ride of 6 km or a long ride of 12 km round trip: 


    Short ride: Take a bicycle ride to discover the Ky Son, Tam Son, Van Minh, and Cham farming communities, visiting local family that make bamboo baskets and stop at any home you like for a cup of tea. Visiting the kindergarten (if open). Chatting with local people about their daily life and farming. Or walking in the village, (if required) you can help with plowing or transplanting seedlings, harvesting rice (or cassava, corn, sweet potatoes, cucumber...) depending on the harvest season. 


    Long ride: Take a bicycle ride with local guide to discover the Ky Son, Tam Son, Van Minh, and Cham farming communities, visit Mia Pagoda, Duong Lam ancient village and Mong Phu Communal House, come to the local family that making traditional candies and the family with the oldest house in Duong Lam...

    Then bike ride back along the ritual paths of Thang Thac village. 


    18:00 Return to the homestay for happy hour. While waiting for your steam bath to be prepared, you can enjoy our local dessert and taste some of the local products such as maize, sweet potato, cassava, peanuts… (depending on season) or some traditional desserts. 

    18:30 Traditional, refreshing steam bath with fragrant herbs (Lemon grass, pomelo leaves, holy basil leaves). 

    19:15 Observe the evening Buddha worship. 

    19:30 Dinner; Then, enjoy your foot bath in warm water with ginger, salt and mug worth medicinal herbs before bedtime, which brings you a deeper sleep. 


    Overnight in Ky Son.


    DAY 2: KY SON/ HANOI (Breakfast) 


    7:00 Joining Yijinjing traditional exercises 

    7:30 Breakfast. 

    8:30 free time: You can make yourself at home relaxing on the hammock in our garden, taking pictures with Vietnamese traditional clothes, chatting with people, or further discovery of the Ky Son village and the surrounding area. 

    10:00 Leave Ky Son for returning Hanoi.
    End of program.

    Note
    1) Surcharge on the Holidays Christmas Dec 24 and New Year's Eve December 31 & Children under 12 is applied as 50% of the surcharge for adult

    2) Check-in time is 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM, but early check-in or late check-out is possible if the house is available.

    3) The above timing may be changed depending on the arrival or departure time of guests and on the harvest season or the weather. 

    4) Please bring ID or passport for guests who overnight at home stay
